What do I do if I cannot find my favorite Häagen-Dazs® product?
Häagen-Dazs® would like to have all locations carry our entire product line. Unfortunately, this isn't always the case and we recommend your expressing interest in purchasing a particular Häagen-Dazs® product to your local store or restaurant manager.
Why can't I find Häagen-Dazs® light ice cream in stores any more?
Häagen-Dazs® has recently changed the name and packaging of its light ice cream to Extra Rich Light. The ingredients, recipe and nutritional values are the same as they always have been, just with a new name and packaging.
Are your products Kosher?
The U.S. retail grocery, club and convenience store products are OU-D Kosher certified by the Kashruth Division of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America. Häagen-Dazs® Shops and all restaurant products are not necessarily certified Kosher due to the utensils used and other ingredients used in serving the frozen dessert or drink.
Do you make low fat or nonfat products?
All of the Häagen-Dazs® Sorbet products are nonfat with the exception of chocolate sorbet and coconut sorbet. Raspberry Sorbet and Vanilla Frozen Yogurt Bars are also fat free. All other Häagen-Dazs® Frozen Yogurt flavors are low fat.
Do you have more nutrition information?
Nutrition information for all of our U.S. retail grocery, club and convenience store products is available via a link on each of the individual flavor pages within the products section. Please check there or the product packaging first. For more information you can send us an email.
