Pomegranates have grown for centuries in the dry, warm Mediterranean climate. This vibrant, apple-sized fruit is renowned for its wonderfully unique taste, and for being a rich source of vitamin C, folic acid and antioxidants.

Fill a crepe with this ice cream and add ripe raspberries. Then top it off with a dollop of fresh cream.

A late harvest Zinfandel is the way to go.
